Our neighbourhood has so many stories tucked into each storefront. The more we film Let’s Talk Shop: The Queensway, the more we’re reminded that every business has its own rhythm, personality, and heartbeat. So as we head into our next round of filming, here’s a little peek at who you’ll be seeing on screen soon.
Over the next few months, Michael and I will be stopping in to chat with owners, watch their craft in action, and get to know the people behind the business. Not just the small moments, but the real ones. What they love about The Queensway, the hobbies that keep them grounded, the spots they always recommend, and what it actually takes to run a business in our neighbourhood. These conversations are where the heart of the series lives.

Each episode brings you into the day to day of these businesses. You’ll meet the owners, hear their stories, and see the details that make their places feel so rooted in our community. It is less about the storefront and more about the person holding it all together.
We’re building this series throughout the year, leading up to a year end film gala where all our episodes come together on the big screen. It will be a chance to celebrate these stories as a community and see our neighbourhood in a whole new way.
And since the Queensway is always growing and changing, we want to make sure the series reflects that.
