A Little Glimpse of What’s Coming to The Queensway

Last week, Michael and I had the chance to attend Mayor Olivia Chow’s Annual Appreciation Reception. It was an event that brought together BIAs from across Toronto to celebrate the work happening in each neighbourhood. It was also a reminder of how much potential we have here on The Queensway.

While we were there, we filmed a short teaser that offers a first look at something we have been quietly building behind the scenes featuring Mayor Olivia Chow’s speech about the BIA’s.

This project has been months in the making. Every story, every interview, and every business visit is designed to humanize the people behind our storefronts and bring their journeys to life. Being at the Mayor’s event, surrounded by BIAs showcasing their neighbourhood pride, felt like the perfect moment to share a small glimpse of what is coming.

You will see that in the teaser. It is a quick introduction to the energy, the people, and the heartbeat of our corridor. It is only a few seconds long, but it captures exactly why this project matters to us.

It is about spotlighting our entrepreneurs.
It is about celebrating the character of The Queensway.
It is about telling the stories that often go unseen.
We cannot wait to share more.
